Our '83 E350 just said "Econoline" and I don't think it even came with inside door trim. What it had looked home-made. Vinyl over Masonite, attached with visible screws and finish washers. Manual windows and locks, no A/C (a "Dealer" unit was added in Elkart), radio was aftermarket. But it did have Auto, PS, PB, and Cruise. Also an Oil Cooler. Had Three "Coolers" in front of the Radiator. A/C, PS, and Oil.
