E450 - Widow's engine won't start (2002 Conquest)

have some one in the cab,hand on key ,open flap the gas tank ,listen while they turn the key, you should here the pump. no?? check fuse . that gas is junk I would not try starting it, you,ll clog up the fuel system, it should go to a ford dealer, or a good mech shop.
