I'm answering my own question. $79,500. retail. They are using owners that want to, to sell the units it looks like. About a $9500. commission if sold at full retail.
The cabinetry looks kind of so-so, but the floor plan is nice.
Reminds me of the Daewoo cars fiasco when they tried to move into North America. Their sales setup was somewhat like this. Didn't work.
