Nice find there... I was about to post the link from the "B" forum as well because of issues mentioned about the photos they used.
I am glad I decided to just bide my time... the person I spoke with from Eko was pretty knowledgeable when I talked to them... but some things just didn't jive. They claimed a composting toilet while showing a cassette commode. Other things didn't add up, such as where to get the motorhome repaired (and their literature was spotty on who services their stuff, as Dodge dealers can deal with the chassis, but stuff like black tanks and water heaters require a RV shop.) I thought they were going through that usual initial startup company frenzy, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, assumed that in December that the dealers would have their vans, and I'd be able to see how their version 1.0 offering would do, and hope that their version 1.1 offering would be more mainstream.
If the van was claimed to be stolen, there should be a police report filed (and the number of the report recorded) with a full VIN. Then, both numbers handed to the buyer, their insurance company, and the insurance company of the upfitters.
I still feel like I escaped that one by the skin of my teeth.
