I don't have a problem with hot water. I just don't think the electric is working because of the late night propane kicking on. None of my other propane/elect water heaters ever fired at night.
I guess I will just turn the electric on alone.if If it worked I question why the late night propane coming on. It should hold temp with the electric as the water isn't being used.
