Electric Fireplace or AC/Heat pump
What would be the best way to go put in a Electric Fireplace or replace one of the AC's with a Heat pump combo?

Our fireplace and a 1500 watt portable heater keep us plenty warm except when the temps drop below freezing. We turn the furnace on then to help us and the underbelly stay warm.
