Electric steps
New Winnebago, electric steps ( Lippert- Kwikee ) chatter upon opening and don't fully lock out. Any thoughts?

Lippert purchased Kwikee, but they are SEPERATE steps. So, do the steps state Kwikee or LCI? IF LCI, then the problem is probably a bad motor since it is new. LCI steps made this type noise when they failed. Kwikee's rarely ever make this type noise. Doug
