Coach is stored at my business (warehouse) and plugged in 7/24 to a 20 amp receptacle. I would like to pre-cool before hitting the road for a day or two. I can reach 2 different (not on same circuit) ...

One air conditioner should run on a 20amp circuit .
Yes, unless there are more outlets on the circuit under load. This can cause 2 things, low voltage and high amperage.
