I would not do it. You said from 2 different circuits so you run the very real risk of running 240v to your rig and are you absolutely sure the 2 circuits are from the same c/b load center. My be wise to run a proper circuit to your camper. JMHO.
One problem is that the cheater cords shorts the 2 neutrals and this is NOT good. If the 2 plugs are on the same pedestal then the 2 neutrals are likely very short and it MAY be OK. But longer neutrals and OMG 2 different load centers - avoid at all costs.
The shorted neutrals become a parallel circuit which means that the current in each neutral is controlled by the circuit impedance. It is therefore possible for one 20A neutral to carry 30A and the other 10A for a 40A load and this will quickly lead to problems.
If I owned a CG I would not allow the cheater cord to be used. Fortunately most campers don't own one.
