Electrical plug cheater box
Coach is stored at my business (warehouse) and plugged in 7/24 to a 20 amp receptacle. I would like to pre-cool before hitting the road for a day or two. I can reach 2 different (not on same circuit) ...

Not sure I understand. Your coach is wired for 30 amps and you use a splitter??? Sure hope you verify that both "sources" are from the same side of the building breaker box. And, what is the advantage.
And assuming the OP has a coach wired for 50 amp coach: Do you mean 40 amps going to a 50 amp circuit?
And, I agree with you that he can do this with the reservation that each "source" only provides 20 amps. And, as I stated earlier, if A/C, refrigerator and charger are all on the same source/hot, adding the splitter will not help.
