Electrical-sat controller and bed inflate-no power

Everything else seems to work but no power to sat box so it will not deploy-Winnegard Traveler and the bed that uses a compressor to adjust firmness has no power, I tried running the bed power cord to...

ON my satellite system there is a power supply that plugs in to the 120 volt outlet. Then that power cord plugs in to the black power supply box that then plugs in to the control box. From the control box, there is a cable that goes up to the antenna where it is hard wired in to the dish. Have you checked ALL of the cords that plug in to the various places for a loose connection?
