Engine batteries not charging

Do you have a "aux" start button on the dash? It is a momemtary rocker. Pushing it should allow to start the rig off the coach batteries.
Many rigs do not charge the chassis battery from shore power. I put a small charger on the chassis battery to keep it up.

Aux switch did not help the starter one bit

Did you hear a load click when you pressed the switch? No, would mean no power to it. Locate your battery control center and check for the aux start fuse.
The aux start relay on many are the same one for charging coach battery from the chassis alternator.

Close to the two battery banks is a black box called a Battery Control Center (BCC), manufactured by RV Custom Products. In the BCC, behind the circuit board, is the isolator relay. It's the silver one. It's probably your problem. On the back side of the BCC cover is a wiring print, that shows how the isolator relay connects the two battery banks together when either battery bank reaches 13.2 volts. Your coach DOES charge the chassis battery when plugged in. Advice about your charging system from non Fleetwood owners is usually incorrect.

so you're saying take the entire fuse panel out because there is no isolator relay there

the cover explains nothing

I would jumper around the isolator device. That may help to trouble shoot where the problem is.

Not sure about your coach, but my coach does NOT charge the chassis battery when on shore/generator power. I installed a Battery Tender on my chassis battery and plugged it into a house circuit to solve that problem.
