Is the check engine light on? If so check codes. Off the top of my head I would look for a loose spark plug, bad C.O.P. (coil on plug) There was a water ingestion problem with the V-10 air intake and many people moved the intake up higher. As I recall there was a Ford retro-fit air intake available.
