change the plugs. Do it now. Most motorhomes, you can extend the front levelers far enough to get the wheels off the ground, jackstands under the frame, pull the front wheel and get all the access you need.
Pull the oils, change the sparkplugs. Look closely for any evidence of misfire, carbon tracks and such.
Run her for a while, check codes if you still have problems, and then look at particular coils depending on which cylinders are misfiring on the code reader
