- Chum_leeExplorerGoogle: Marlite FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels) When I used to design commercial kitchens/restrooms in restaurants, we used this product all the time. It's good, economical, durable, heavy duty stuff that takes a beating well. There are hundreds of designer options for color/texture. $300 for a door panel? Oh please! It looks like what was used on my Southwind Class A MH by Fleetwood.
It used to come in 4' x 8' or 4' x 10' or 4' x 12' panels. You'll have to cut it to fit your application which is easily done.
Chum lee - Fleetwood_CouplExplorermine is not exactly flat, but i will check it out maybe it will work.

X2 on FRP. Great replacement and IMHO a better replacement than original. - darsbenExplorer III used a sheet of frP from home depot for the inside of my motorhome door.
