Entry door pin pad won’t work

The pin pad appears to be operational cause it still beeps like it’s supposed to. However it won’t lock or unlock the doors now. Also the button on the dash that used to lock or unlock won’t work either. Any ideas where to start looking?

You might get more pertinent answers if YOU answer this question. Just sayin....Dennis

Don’t think resetting code will do anything. It accepts our code and gives us the beeps that says it’s ok and unlocking now. However it just doesn’t unlock. Will try looking for plugs in dash and on the panel

Mine is Trimark, I usually unplug the power from the module in the dash but a couple of times I had to unplug the keyboard which is in my passenger side console.

Chassis batteries are good too. We just started the motor to double check

Battery is good. We are currently on 50 amp
You have checked the chassis battery? - not referring to house batteries
