Everything works on Shore Power, Nothing on Generator

My 90s Georgia Boy did it that way. All my other ones have a transfer switch.

I and most here assumed you had an Onan. There should be a circuit breaker on the genset somewhere. Hopefully you got a manual for your Generac.
