Everything works on Shore Power, Nothing on Generator

Got a call from the service department that I have my Motorhome at having it checked out. He said he was going to run a few more tests but thinks it's either the Voltage Regulator or the Stator and Brushes. Don't know much about either so I'm just going to have to take his word for it. But I guess on the bright side it's not an entire new generator... Will keep you informed as they find out more and relay it onto me..
