Wow, that surprises me, that there would be a difference with windows open and a breeze.
It implies that there is a much bigger difference with windows closed.
I think white with golden yellow decorative paint (stripe or whatever) would look very spiffy.
yes it might. I will think about it.
But also.... I had a very good friend tonight tell me that when a van is properly insulated... the exterior color shouldn't matter too much in terms of temperature.... except maybe a few degrees,
I don't see how thats possible but.... what do I know. maybe it's true.
if there is someone here who has a dark colored well insulated van... maybe they can chime in on this.
you do see alot of those very large class A's with dark colors. of course they have air conditioning but.... I wonder how hot they would get without it.
and about being stealth... I was in walmart the other day and a big white sprinter van was parked on its own away from the pack.... I noticed it right away.
I was thinking that if the van was yellow.... with all those windows... someone might think it was a school bus... or some government transport vehicle.... and pay no attention.
it might actually be less noticeable than we think. the yellow may be eye catching but.... really.... who would think someone was using it as a camper van when it looks so much like a transport vehicle. LOL
I don't know.... I got alot of thinking to do on this.
