Not sure what kind of attachment your shower hose has, but I added an extension to mine in my Springdale (sold 2 months ago). A 1/2 inch size nipple, threaded on both end (3 inches long) from Lowe's and I could attach anything to it. I just happen to have another hose from another outside shower (RV) I'd acquired, so hooked them together. it gave me about 9 feet total, which I was delighted with.
You can get a plastic (PVC) version or a galvanized pipe version. Either will work. Then attach anything you want.
