WE have a 38 foot one and every thing was put on it, and still every time a truck pass it was the same as you say. I put on air bags and it stop. One finger driver now. Add feature was if the wind was blowing from say the driver side, air up the passenger side to level out the vehicle when driving and the wind stop blowing it around as much. So for me the air bags was the cure, all the bars and other thing mention may have done something but did not stop the handle issues.
