It does not change the alignment. It simply uses another set of holes on the sway bar, closer to the center to provide more resistance.
The F53 chassis is manufactured for many uses. MH's just happen to be one. The sway bar has 2 sets of holes so it's adjustable. It comes from the factory in the softer setting. Moving the bolts to the other set of holes is the firmer setting. Pretty simply and straight forward. The rear can be done too by reversing the "Z" brackets. Again the principal is the same.
I've done this mod on both MH's I've owned and it's a major improvement.
I wouldn't spend money on any other mod until you try this for free. You may realize you don't need anything else.
