No. Your are not changing any suspension geometry. As others have said, this will make a very large difference, on a ford chassis. The only other thing that may be needed is a rear track bar, that prevents the rear end from shifting side to side under the MH. Remember the springs are 43" long with large rubber bushings in the spring eyes, and these are by no means solid.
