Brake fluid suck out the old out of the master cylinder put in new bleed the brakes starting at the left rear till new comes out clean. Move to right rear till now comes out clean etc. Just make sure you keep the master cylinder full and don't pump the brake pedal more than 1/2 way when bleeding. And buy Ford brake fluid it has a higher boiling point. Power steering suck out the old refill with new turn the front wheels a few times lock to lock done.
Trans fluid drain if you don't have a drain plug install one refill drive 5,000 miles drain and refill go another 5,000 miles drain refill you will have replace most of the trans fluid with new. If you want get a external trans fluid filter you may already have one and change it each time you drain and refill.
rear axle no problem except for the price of the synthetic fluid.
coolest flush go to the dollar store buy 8 to 10 gal of distilled water for a $1.00 a gal. drain refill start till warm drain refill run till warm repeat till water comes out clear drain fill with required amount of anti-freeze top off with water job done.
Fuel injection throw in a bottle or two of Techtron(sp) made by Chevron or a couple of tanks of Chevron gas.
Some say power flushing the trans just breaks stuff loose and causes more problems than good. I've got 132000 plus miles on mine and only do the above flushes
And don't forget to check the fluid level of the e-brake while you're down there.
