First, at 7 years old and 9000 mile about the only service really REQUIRED was an oil change !
If the transmission fluid looked dark, the yes, change it. The simple thing is have them drop the pan, replace the filter and refill. Yes, that only gets about 1/3 of the fluid, but that fluid is supposed to last at least 100,000 miles. !
It is the same story with all of those fluids. If the brake fluid look dark, change it. Differential ... I have a 21 year old E150 with the original fluid in it.
Here is how I change my coolant.

Here is how I change my coolant.
- Cool engine, drain existing fluid
- Add "cooling system flush" (I use Prestone) and water
- Drive for about 20 minutes until the engine is fully warmed up
- Drain
- Refill with plain water
- Drive 20 minutes
- Drain
- Refill with plain water
- Drive 20 minutes
- Drain
- Fill with the appropriate CONCENTRATED genuine Motorcraft coolant (there is still clean water in the engine bock)
- Drive 20 minutes
- Check the coolant concentration and adjust as necessary
