Falcon 19 footer - 1986 - newbie with questions

My fridge does have an on/off but it is of the temperature control which is on the inside upper right side of the fridge. I do not see a way to switch between modes but I do see a sticker that says something about severe battery drain. Maybe it does not run on LP gas? Just 12v battery or 110 electricity?

There is no fridge access panel on the outside of the van like so many RVs have. So, I don't know how to check it.
