d0n1, I had this built for the front.

And had an aluminum cover built for the Honda 2K. @K is secured by the 4 legs and the box with 2 locks. A chain takes the place of the box when the 2K is running. I have a transfer switch and a 30 amp line run to the front from the Xfer sw. The gas can was to take to the daughters 1-1/2 mile away. I don't carry but a gallon on the back most of the time.
