I don't have a Falcon but I do have a Horizon. I know exactly where you mean on the switch. As for the muffler, that's a classic rusted muffler. Cut it open and it will look worse inside than out. You probably had 30% gas flow at best. The old girl runs a lot better now and will go over 55 won't it now?
