I sure wish I could find a bag full of the black plastic pieces that dress up the end of each rung. I cannot find these anywhere. :M
I'm not sure about a Ford based conversion but my GMC based one has a stock ladder on the door. The vans from the factory set up for passengers often had the same ladder as mine. I'll have to look but I think my ladder has metal end caps. It's possible that some of the advertisers on this site have them.
