Hi lucy - yes my window seals on those 2 upper windows have shrunk about 1/2" too. I used a piece of "roof putty" (it's like clay) and worked it into the hole. pressing it tight on the outside edges of the patch. Then, I covered that with a clear silicone caulk. Today is the first rain day since the job and it's dry as a bone inside the rv now!
Mine had leaked for a while and warped the big & thin "pressboard" bed piece that's nearest to the front windows. I took mine out and used it as a pattern to cut a new piece out of 1/4" top quality Luan. Now, my bed area is solid and flat again.
