I noticed an electrical cover screwed to the ceiling beside the roof AC. Since I only have one open 110v outlet in the living space of the camper, I thought maybe I could add another one here. I removed the cover and saw there was no box, just the AC wire connected to the 110v house wiring with wire nuts.
I went to the local hardware store and got a box, an outlet and a cover. Don't copy my wiring here as I had it wrong. The 2 black wires connect to the brass colored screws on the outlet and the 2 white wires connect to the silver screws on the other side of the outlet.
Now I have 3 double outlets in the living space. :)
