OK, found some info. In this YouTube video from Fantastic, they want you to remove two screws from each side of where the flange mounts to the roof of your coach. Then you reinstall those four screws with the Ultra Breeze mounting plates under them. After that, the vent cover's slotted holes fit over the pins in the four mounting plates. You drop a washer over the pins once through the slots in the vent cover and then push a clevis pin into the crosswise hole in each of the pins. You do NOT dismantle the Fan or its lid in any way.
If you gOOgle "ultra breeze vent cover installation" you'll see a couple videos and a few pictures.
You'll find your fan mounting flanges are covered in sealant, hiding the screws. That sealant has to be cut/dug/s****ed to give you the four flat spots to mount the plates for the cover. The are MUST be kept WATERPROOF. You need a tube of Dicor Non Leveling Lap Sealant

Dicor Non Leveling Non Sag Lap Sealant White 551LSW - Amazon. That's a caulking tube, so you need a caulking gun/frame to apply it with.
In the Holes, Around the Edge of the Flange, On the Flange where the mountings will go, On and Around the mountings at the flange.
This is not rocket science. Just be sure you don't slip and fall on the roof, don't slip and cut the thin membrane that's the roof, or... Linda...
