I beg to differ with that video, I just yesterday installed another and the original vent had a zillion screws the fantastic had half as many and the holes do not line up. Use the original screws which are self drilling, add a little pressure no problems just goop up all the screw holes with dicor self leveling then run a hefty bead all the way around on the roof, set the fan in and screw it down then add more dicor to all the screws and around the edge all the way. Don't forget to attach your brackets for the vent cover as you screw the fan in place it uses the same screws.
