Feedback on 2004 Gulfstream B+Touring product line

Greetings, still a newbie here, so I am looking for some assistance in determining whether or not to go forward on a potential purchase. I have interest in a 2004 Gulfstream B Touring Cruiser model...

Fortytwo, this one has the opposing dinette and couch also, the dinette is in the slide. What year was yours? The motor seems strong enough in this 2004.

Mlts22, no it's an 04 on the Ford E450 frame, gasoline powered V10.

FW, thanks, I'll keep the AC issue in mind.

There seems to be a lot of squeaks while driving, any thoughts?
