Feedback on 2004 Gulfstream B+Touring product line

Greetings, still a newbie here, so I am looking for some assistance in determining whether or not to go forward on a potential purchase. I have interest in a 2004 Gulfstream B Touring Cruiser model...

I had a BT Cruiser 10 plus years ago with the sofa bed and 1 slide. Purchased it new might have been a 2000. Had a roof leak in the cab over area. Never did locate it. Sold the unit in 2003. I would never buy another one.
