I don't need a rule book to know not to park on the grass, even just two tires. I didn't like it at all when people did that on my lawn. One way usually means one way for everyone. 7 1/2 mph may seem stupid, but I understand it means keep it slow. Need a permit? Get it.
I've been asked to slow down on occasion, I do.
Some parks have lots of rules that I find aggravating, I leave and don't come back, but I obey them until I can leave.
