If you have two wheels on the grass, you are parking on the grass. Move ALL wheels off the grass and onto gravel, AND THEN, you are NOT PARKING on the grass!

Driving the wrong way on a one way street.....The ranger was 75' down that road, no one else around, I drove my golf cart to ask him where to go to get the golf cart pass...and he called me down for driving the wrong way...
