Few Repair/Maintance questions for new RV owner

hey everyone, i have rented Motorhomes in past, and also owned campers, so late last year we decided to buy our first MH, we bought a 97 Fleetwood Flair 31', we got a heck of a deal so couldnt pass on...

The MH has about 60k miles on it, i have not done a timing check, the engine runs great and is very strong, no complaints there.

the engine is what is getting hot, not me.

I guess i will get a new compress unless someone has another idea.
