Few Repair/Maintance questions for new RV owner

hey everyone, i have rented Motorhomes in past, and also owned campers, so late last year we decided to buy our first MH, we bought a 97 Fleetwood Flair 31', we got a heck of a deal so couldnt pass on...

Someone may have over-filled your AC with Freon. It happened to me and I ended up burning out the compressor clutch. You might want to take some gauges and check AC pressures.
