Clear sealant? Sure hope you did NOT use a silicone based product? If so, your basically screwed. Nothing will stick now.
Instead of taking it to CW, you need to find a dealer thst offers seal test. They presurize the interior with air and spray everything outside with soapy water. Any bubbles will be marked for fixing. Done right you will find the leak. BTW just because your roof is fiberglss does not make it immune to cracking and leaks.
