First thank you for taking your time to read my post. Has anybody used this product ( EternaBond RSW-4-50 White Roof Seal) rather than caulk.

Yes, many use it. It's a great product that works as advertised.
If properly applied, it will last a long time. Just clean the area well before applying and use a roller.
