Which one are you considering - the blue one or the tan one? As far as engine maintenance have them print out the service records and study them. Then you'll know what the next interval for generator service and oil change are. You'll also see all the things they had to fix because a renter ran into something. And tires - you'll know how new the tires are. If you google the Power Platform chassis you'll find the maintenance requirements for that year of manufacture. Do your homework and get a great deal.
