Oh BTW I have owned mine for almost 2 years. Acording to NADA at LOW Retail it is still worth almost $3000 more than I paid for it.
Sorry but I fail to see ANY evidence that anybody is trying to discourage the OP from buying a rental. However, when it comes to FACTS there are plenty in this thread including the fact that $50K is a huge amount to pay for a six year old rental with a lot of miles on it, and the fact that it will be real tough to resell once it becomes heavily used rental with over 100K on the odometer. I looked at hundreds of used Class A's in the last few months. and spending 50K on one with a prior rental history, and high mileage, isn't going to happen to my wallet.
