I go inside and tell the clerk about what I think I'll be pumping and tell them I'm paying by credit card. Most of the time I've been told to go out and pump and then come back in and they will do the card. I've had some swipe the card and do a preauthorization for the estimated amount and then follow up with actual amount. Randu
