Filling Up A Gasser/Pump Limits
I know I'm probably opening myself up to a bunch of snarky comments, but I believe the only stupid question is the one that doesn't get asked, so here goes... When I had my DP I could fill up my tank...

The reason the limits are set by the station is because if somebody uses a stolen card at the station they are the ones that are out the money. The credit card company charges it back to their account.
