Filling Up A Gasser/Pump Limits
I know I'm probably opening myself up to a bunch of snarky comments, but I believe the only stupid question is the one that doesn't get asked, so here goes... When I had my DP I could fill up my tank...

Actually it is neither. Most people don't realize it, but there is a third party, the card processor who sets the limit. A merchant does not contract with the MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, etc. They hire a processor who installs the card readers and accepts the cards for processing and payment. That processor sets the limits.
