My fill in on the drivers' side. When I need gas and see a station I have to do an immediate survey (BEFORE pulling in) on where any "escape route' is. Meaning...in the first year of motorhome ownership I pulled into a gas station...facing the store...then realized I couldn't get out...not enough room for the swing. Had to unhook the car and back out...then hook the car back up. In the rain. Major learning experience.
On 4 cross country trips using I-95,I-40, I-20 and I-10 I only found TWO gas stations with separate RV GAS pumps. One on I-95 (somewhere in the Carolinas..a BP station) and the other around Beaumont,Texas.
One of the most convenient areas was I-95, on the Georgia/Florida line. Ga.Exit #1. 3 gas stations all having easy in/easy out.
