Now, the Goodyear Tire Inflation chart for 245/70R/19.5 tires begins with 80 psi for weights of 3640 single and 3415 dual. My weights as stated above are less that the minimum weights shown for 80 psi. Based on this, it seems logical that I could be able to run with 80 psi or, preferable, 85 psi and be well within the Goodyear range. Am I correct?
correct. do not inflate to less than 80-psi but if you want to add 5-psi that's your call.
