wanting to stay at a Premium deluxe resort is one thing. Looking down your nose at a campground that includes real folks is another. yes, it is snobbish. get over yourself JMHO

Generally speaking, those with larger Class A's have been down a road or two - and are looking for kindred spirits (no brats, toys, loud music, drinking parties, etc)
You know, we who enjoy nice background music by Bach or Beethoven along with a nice white wine served in crystal in the evening...
One could hardly classify such preferences as being 'snobbish'. :C
well I certainly have been down a road or two myself and agree about no brats, toys, loud music, etc. myself but after having 3 motorhomes and now a small TT I don't really care what type of RV is parked next to me and in my opinion wanting to stay in a Class A campground, and there are some of those, is elitist, snobbish, etc.
I think that a 55 and up campground/resort will eliminate alot of the undesirable hustle and bustle, but that's JMHO

Damn.. I tried my best to appear snobbish in a subtle way and failed miserably. Guess I'll go troll somewhere else - but thanks for the memories...
