I have heard people talk about the Michelins and how they have the sidewall protection formulated into the rubber. This is to protect from the sun. I don't know that I buy that I really don't think you are going to get much more than 6 or 7 year out of any tire. I am not an expert in tire field so I thought I would get some information from you folks. This tire issue I know has been talked about before and it seem to come down to personal preferance but is it worth a 20% higher cost to buy the Michelins?
